Once in a while….

I generally stay pretty healthy. I eat well, drink plenty of fluids (coffee) and get the rest I need. But this weekend I began to cough and sneeze, my nose plugged up and a handkerchief became my best friend. Unfortunately any “new, fun” sounding noise is picked up right away and may be remembered forever. Such is the case.
